Feel Good Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Great for yoga students of all levels as well as gym goers, runners, bikers, golfers, yoga flow-ers and anyone looking to simply relax, unwind, and let go of stress and tension in the body and mind.

Modifications are offered for a safe and fun practice.

This class is suitable for Advanced Beginners, Level 1 and Level 2 of yoga practitioners. We recommend students new to yoga begin with our Yoga 101 class then move into the Level 1 class first to establish comfort and familiarity of the basics of yoga before moving into any mixed-level class.
