Holiday bootcamp

This intensive five-week bootcamp is a great opportunity to prepare yourself for the indulgences of the upcoming holiday season and will include two vinyasa flow yoga classes and one infrared sauna session per week.

The yoga classes are 60 minutes each, taught in a warm room set to approximately 80+/- degrees. (This is NOT hot yoga. Hot yoga is taught in a room that is 90-115 degrees). Yoga classes will include the use of light weights, yoga blocks, yoga straps, and yoga therapy balls. Each class will include alignment cues for a safe practice plus breathwork practices and short meditations for a calmer mind and body.

The full-spectrum infrared sauna sessions are 40 minutes each (can be shorter if desired). Infrared heat therapy is a safe, gentle way to support overall health and vitality and is a great way to detoxify the body, soothe sore muscles, relieve joint pain, improve heart health and circulation, promote relaxation, improve sleep, and fight off illness.

Potential bootcamp benefits include increased range of motion, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, awareness, mindfulness, focus, clarity, lung capacity, blood circulation, and caloric burn, improved cardiovascular health, and reduced inflammation and stress response.

If you are unable to use your sauna sessions before the end of the bootcamp, you will have until December 31, 2023 to use them. If you are unable to use a sauna, you may substitute the sessions with our salt room.

If an evening bootcamp session is better for your schedule, please let us know. If we have enough people for an evening session, we can open one up on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
