Wake up the body and mind with this energizing Hatha Flow practice that improves circulation, balance and mindfulness. Benefits include flexibility, balance, strength, and focus, inside and out. A great way to start your day!

This class is suitable for LEVELS 1, 2 and 3 of yoga practitioners. We recommend students new to yoga begin with our Beginner and Level 1 classes first to establish comfort and familiarity of the basics of yoga before moving into any mixed level class.

Online registration required and class is limited to 15 people. Class meets at our studio in Cashiers off at 21A Lance Road.

Bring a yoga mat and any additional yoga props you may need plus water and a towel. If you need a yoga mat or any yoga props, we sell them in our boutique and are happy to help guide you to what might work best for your body type and practice.
