Monticello: Sharing History for a Century
How do historical narratives change over time? Since it first opened to visitors a century ago, Monticello's interpretation of Jefferson's life and legacy has evolved. Brandon Dillard, the Director of Historic Interpretation and Audience Engagement at Monticello, will share the history of interpretation at Monticello and how and why narratives have changed over the years.
