The Sapphire Valley Arts and Crafts Festival was founded over 27 years ago and continues to roll on!  We offer art work and crafts from all over the mountains of North Carolina, lots and lots of good food and mountain music!  We have games for kids of all ages and, yes, we have kittens and puppies too!!  Stop in to visit with us, enjoy some really good music, play a game, blow a bubble or two, purchase that special something for some one  --  This is the perfect place to spend precious time!.
