Self-Massage for Stress Reduction & Pain Relief
Venue: Cashiers Valley Fusion
Using focused breathing and therapy balls, participants will be guided through a one hour series designed to teach each student how to listen to their body and respond in a way that is healing and allows the student to take control of their body. Each participant will receive a pair of therapy balls to take home and use when needed.
