A slow-paced practice formed by a gentle sequence of long-held poses focusing on stretching and releasing the connective tissues of the body to improve
flexibility while bringing practitioners to a deeper level of calm.
This class is suitable for All Levels of yoga practitioners.
Online registration required and class is limited to 10 people. Class meets at our studio in Cashiers at 21A Lance Road. Virtual Live Stream option available.
