Rise & Shine Yoga

Benefits include flexibility, balance, strength, and focus, inside and out. A great way to start your day!

This class is suitable for LEVELS 1, 2 and 3 of yoga practitioners. We recommend students new to yoga begin with our Beginner and Level 1 classes first to establish comfort and familiarity of the basics of yoga before moving into any mixed level class.

Online registration required. Class meets at our studio in Cashiers located at 21A Lance Road. Also available via livestream on Zoom. Visit FusionYogaAndWellness.com/Schedule to sign up.

Bring a yoga mat and any additional yoga props you may need plus water and a towel. If you need a yoga mat or any yoga props, we sell them in our sister store, Bungalow Boutique, and are happy to help guide you to what might work best for your body type and practice.
