Restorative Yin Yoga

This class will be focusing on stretching and releasing the connective tissues of the body to improve
flexibility while bringing practitioners to a deeper level of calm.

This class is suitable for All Levels of yoga practitioners.

Bring a yoga mat and any additional yoga props you may need plus water and a towel. If you need a yoga mat or any yoga props, we sell them in our sister store, Bungalow Boutique, and are happy to help guide you to what might work best for your body type and practice.
