A sweet warming flow of postures for opening shoulders, hips and spine, while toning and strengthening the mind, body and breath.
 
This well-rounded class will include postures that will challenge you physically while creating a space within to release tension and stress, ending with restorative poses and relaxation for creating more overall balance and well being.
 
Modifications and enhancements are offered for a safe and fun practice.
