Welcome to Agrabah, city of enchantment, high-kicking dance numbers and a million laughs! When Aladdin, a down on his luck “street rat” discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes, he feels his luck is changed forever. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character, finding out that being yourself is the best treasure one can discover. But beware, the evil Jafar and his bird-brain side-kick Iago, have other ruthless plans in store. This magical musical based on the 1992 animated feature is filled with classic tunes, tons of heart and a lot of punch, pizzaz, yahoo and how! Presented by the Overlook Theatre Company.
