Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork

Cacao, a sacred superfood found in the Amazon, is a true gift from the Earth. Considered a heart opener, drinking it can induce feelings of emotional intimacy and pleasure, and it has long been considered a luxurious delicacy. Together we will honor the Cacao spirit with prayer and humbly ask for our intentions to be heard. We will focus on releasing what doesn't serve Self and calling in what does. A powerful Shamanic Breathwork practice will follow. The activation of the Cacao within the body and heart in conjunction with the breathe will allow for transformation and an ecstatic process to unfold.

**Please bring your own mug to enjoy the Cacao from. You will also need a mat as well as anything that will make you comfortable in the breathe - eye mask, pillow and or blanket.**
